That’s no problem! That is what I do. I collect general facts related to services, goods, and procedural problems in your business. I apply effective scientific research that help define and informs the approach I use to solve your problem. Then, I apply effective engineering improvement techniques. I really enjoyed your elevator speech. You were able to touch important points such as the goal of training, its importance for the employee and the organization, and how it could be conducted effectively.
I also believe that it is important to note that an important aspect of training it can't be executed for the sake of training; instead, it must be systemized and strategically oriented and aligned with the company’s goals and the needs of the target audience. Noe (2010) offers a training design process to develop training programs.
